We can deliver to both home and business addresses. Regular postage is free within Australia and is facilitated through Australia Post. Express delivery is facilitated for an extra charge through StarTrack. For larger orders (250+ masks), free delivery may also be facilitated using StarTrack dependent on delivery location. All orders are sent with authority to leave unless alternative arrangements are made in advance directly with us.
To send your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker please chose regular (free) shipping as StarTrack is not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Due to carrier size constraints, the 600-carton size is sent via StarTrack and therefore cannot be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Our dispatching and handling timeline is between 1 - 3 business days, however orders received before midday (local time) are usually dispatched the same day. If there is an unforeseen delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Exact delivery times are dependent on the delivery location.
Please check the AusPost website for delivery estimates to your state. For express orders, you can use the StarTrack website to estimate transit time. The timelines given by AusPost and StarTrack are an estimate and not a guarantee. Orders are sent from our QLD warehouse in Mansfield 4122. During times of peak demand orders can also be sent from our NSW warehouse in Wetherill Park 2164.
Postage for international orders is calculated at checkout dependent on the service chosen and destination country. International orders are sent through Australia Post whilst in Australia and then transferred to the local delivery partner in the destination country. Please check Australia Post’s website to ensure that the destination address is in a serviceable area, and for any overseas sending restrictions or disruptions. Orders received that are not serviceable will be cancelled and refunded.
