Manufacturing Employee
(multiple positions available)
Duties:- To perform duties in line with general operational needs of the Company, including the process work of the P2 Mask manufacturing line.
- Undertake Quality Control (QC) activities as required.
- Preparation and packing of manufactured product for dispatch to customers
- Work to ensure that a positive attitude to Health & Safety is maintained whilst on site.
- Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately.
- Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
- No formal experience in production or manufacturing is required.
- Competency in skills including problem solving, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, teamwork, decision making, professionalism, adaptability, and initiative are all advantageous and further detailed in the position description.
- Basic language and numeracy skills including ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos and ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply with 10s and 100s in Australian weight measurement units.
- Physical demands whilst performing the duties of this job, include the requirement to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee must lift and /or move up to 8kg.

Shift and Workplace Information:
- Shift Length: Min 4hours – Max 8hours
- Break: 30mins unpaid break for shifts 5 hours and longer
- Working Hours: Between 8am – 4pm Monday-Friday
- Casual employment under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (C14 Level 1)
- Site Location: 18 Morrison Close, Mansfield
- Accommodations in shift scheduling can be made for students, parents, careers etc.
- Available hours will increase as production demand increases
Forklift Driver/Warehouse Hand

In addition to the details above listed in the Manufacturing Employee:
Duties:
- Loading and Unloading containerised equipment.
- Loading and Unloading trucks with a forklift and overhead crane.
- Ensure Workplace Health & Safety processes are applied correctly.
- Reporting Safety Hazards in the workplace.
- General maintenance of warehouse.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements:
- Forklift license
- Experience as a forklift driver in a warehouse or similar work environment is preferred.
