DELIVERY CHARGES 

If you receive your order and the items do not match what was ordered, contact our team at info@ppetech.com.au. 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS 

We can deliver to both home and business addresses. Australia Post offers regular mail to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Please note at this stage, we can NOT express the delivery to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders received before midday (local time) are often dispatched the same day. If there is an unforeseen delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Our dispatching and handling timeline is between 1 – 3 business days, after dispatching your order, it will usually be delivered depending on the state, please go to AusPost Website to check on your delivery timelines, with some remote areas taking longer.
